Under construction, Sichuan Hope Huaxi Construction General Contracting Corp., Ltd. is a national first-grade general construction contracting enterprise. Since 2003, Hope Huaxi was awarded such titles as “Project Quality Reliable Unit”, “Model Enterprise without Complaint for Three Consecutive Years”, “Grade AAA Integrity-Maintaining & Law-Abiding Unit”, “Advanced Unit in Integrity-Maintaining & Law-Abiding”, “National Quality Model Enterprise”, “National Quality and Service Integrity Model Enterprise”, “Model Enterprise Honoring Credibility, Abiding by Contracting and Stressing Quality”, “Advanced Enterprise in Construction”. Hope Huaxi is involved in general contracting for survey, design, construction, supervision, engineering development and application for large and medium sized construction projects in industry, energy, traffic, dwelling house, utilities, public works and fire-fighting.

The Company boasts of a team of talented staff and operates strictly according to ISO9002 international quality system to form a complete system with the manufacturing and installation of Deepblue air conditioning. Relying on its powerful financial strength, new and flexible modern management mechanism, strong professional construction manpower and dozens of high tech patents, Hope Huaxi has completed a lot of model projects in high-rise building construction, major industrial construction and equipment installation, municipal utilities and advanced decorations, etc., including Panda Research Center of Wolong Natural Reserve, House of Justice of Georgia, International Capital, Langzhong Culture & Activity Center, phase I of Resettlement Building of Shengdeng Area and China-Japan Hall.

In June, 2007, Hope Huaxi developed Construction Method for Long Concealed Fastener Type Molded Metal Roof Sheathing that is rated as Class II (Provincial) Method, and Integrated Management Software for Construction Company independently developed also passed the scientific and technological achievement identification organized by Sichuan Provincial Construction Department. In March, 2008, GM Xiao Yuanfu was granted the “National Outstanding Construction Entrepreneur”. In Wenchuan Earthquake, Wenchuan Teachers College and the Dong Fang Turbine Co., Ltd. at Hanwang, Deyang City constructed by Hope Huaxi survived and remained intact.
