CHG’s tourism and hotel real estate business is a new platform that integrates hotel and tourism resources in order to develop composite hotel, tourism and real estate project. This business takes tourism resources as the lead supported by star hotels and real estate projects, to build an industrial chain by fully utilizing external resources and deeply developing the internal management. In 2003, Chengdu Homeland Hotel was founded, authorized as 5-star Hotel by the National Tourism Administration. Furthermore, the Group invests heavily in developing its flagship real estate project – the Atlantis Golden Dynasty, which occupies an area of 4,000 mu, with the design concept on legendary “Palace”, “Paradise”, “Polis” and “The Kingdom of Atlantis” for a global dream city, by a world dream team comprising ATKINS from UK, DOHLIN from US and FORREC from Canada. This project will sure become a historical monument for high-end cultural tourism.

Based on the Group’s vision “Upgrading the old industries, scientifically arranging new industries, conducting large-scale development, carrying out internationalized operation and carrying out expanding development strategy under the approach of business diversification”, in the upcoming five years, its operation mode will gradually turn to external trading from internal production management, which will accelerate achievement transformation of the two technical research platforms, fully exploit advantages of the two investment management platforms, highlight systematic competitiveness of the four core industry chains, integrate industry operation and capital operation, and eventually build CHG as a diversified enterprise group famous worldwide.
